A listing needs to be successfully claimed by a owner to get a "Owner Verified" badge on the listing. Refer to "How do I claim a listing" in the FAQ to learn more.
A listing will have the "Featured" badge if it was created under the Featured package or Premium + Featured package. To learn more about the different packages, refer to our pricing page.
When a new listing is created it will automatically go through the claim process - the account that created the listing will be assessed for authorized ownership before claim status is given. If the account is not created with the official business email, then the official business email will be contacted to affirm the ownership. Please follow the steps provided in the claim email to successfully claim a listing.
If the automatic claim process is not underway and you would like to initiate the claim process, simply click on "Claim Listing" button on the respective listing details page and fill in the pop-up form.
Typically if you were in the middle of drafting your listing and happen to navigate away, your draft listing is saved in your account memory and it will be populated the next time you try to add a listing.
Once your listing is published, you can still continue to edit your listing anytime by going to Profile > respective Listing > Edit button.
After you've submitted your listing, please allow at least 1 business day for processing. You will receive an email when it has been published.
To cancel your subscription, please go to Account > Subscriptions > Manage Subscription > Cancel Subscription. Your subscription will be cancelled and will not be further charged. The package for your listing will continue till the end of your billing cycle, after which it will be downgraded to the basic free listing if no further action is taken.
Go to Profile > respective Listing > Upgrade. Select the package you want to upgrade to, then fill in the necessary details in the upgraded listing form. You will then be taken to a checkout page to make payment.
As we do not offer refunds for downgrading package, no downgrades are allowed in the middle of a billing cycle. Alternatively, you can choose to cancel your subscription, and let your listing downgrade naturally after the course of its billing cycle.
If you would like to switch package (E.g. From Featured to Premium package and vice versa), you could cancel your current subscription, wait till the listing naturally downgrades to free listing, then upgrade your package to the desired package.
We handle all refund requests on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact us at hello@myfu.space with your order details and explanation. We'll review your request and respond promptly.
If approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
